Oil crops are considered one of the important strategic crops, whether in Egypt or the countries of the
world because they represent a major source of food. Egypt suffers from a gap in the production of oils, even
though it is one of the important crops in Egypt. Oil production and consumption in Egypt are still growing, as
this gap increased from 407 thousand tons in 1999/2000 to 1688 thousand tons in 2018/2019, with an increased
rate of about 141%. Egypt also suffers from the relative stability in land and water suppliers, which resulted in
