يهدف البحث التعرف علي القيمة التنبؤيه للأداء المهاري بدلالة بعض القدرات البدنية والقياسات الانثروبومترية كمؤشر لانتقاء ناشئي الكرة الطائرة من خلال التعرف علي : 1- العلاقة بين الاداء المهاري للضرب الساحق وبعض القدرات البدنية والقياسات الانثروبومترية كمؤشر لانتقاء ناشئي الكرة الطائرة . 2- العلاقة بين الاداء المهاري لحائط الصد وبعض القدرات البدنية والقياسات الانثروبومترية كمؤشر لانتقاء ناشئي الكرة الطائرة . 3- القيمة التنبؤيه للأداء المهاري للضرب الساحق بدلالة بعض القدرات البدنية والقياسات الانثروبومترية كمؤشر لانتقاء ناشئي الكرة الطائرة. 4- القيمة التنبؤيه للأداء المهاري حائط الصد بدلالة بعض القدرات البدنية والقياسات الانثروبومترية كمؤشر لانتقاء ناشئي الكرة الطائرة. التوصيات : في ضوء النتائج التي أسفرت عنها الدراسة وفي حدود عينة البحث، يوصي الباحث بما يأتي: 1- التأكيد على انتقاء اللاعبين ممن تتوافر فيهم القياسات الأنثروبومترية المساهمة في مستوى أداء مهارة الضرب الساحق . 2- التأكيد على انتقاء اللاعبين ممن تتوافر فيهم القياسات الأنثروبومترية المساهمة في مستوى أداء مهارة حائط الصد . 3- التأكيد على انتقاء اللاعبين ممن تتوافر فيهم القياسات االبدنية المساهمة في مستوى أداء مهارة الضرب الساحق . 4- التأكيد على انتقاء اللاعبين ممن تتوافر فيهم القياسات الالبدنية المساهمة في مستوى أداء مهارة حائط الصد . 5- إجراء قياسات واختبارات للقياسات ا لأنثروبومترية والصفات البدنية المستمرة في الكرة الطائرة خلال تنفيذ البرامج التدريبية للوقوف على مدى الارتقاء بتنميتها. 6- التأكيد على استخدام المعادلات الإحصائية المستخلصة للتنبؤ بمستوى أداء مهارتي الضرب الساحق وحائط الصد 7- ضرورة إجراء دراسات مماثلة على مستويات مختلفة من حيث السن ونوع المهارات الأخرى في رياضة الكرة الطائرة . Assistant Professor / Islam Khalile Abdel kader The research aims to identify the predictive value of skillful performance in terms of some physical capabilities and anthropometric measurements as an indicator for selecting volleyball juniors by identifying: 1- The relationship between the skillful performance of the crushing hit and some physical abilities and anthropometric measurements as an indicator for selecting volleyball juniors. 2- The relationship between the skillful performance of the blocking wall and some physical abilities and anthropometric measurements as an indicator for the selection of volleyball juniors. 3- The predictive value of the skillful performance of crushing hitting in terms of some physical capabilities and anthropometric measurements as an indicator for selecting volleyball juniors. 4-The predictive value of the skillful performance of the blocking wall in terms of some physical abilities and anthropometric measurements as an indicator for the selection of volleyball juniors. Recommendations: In light of the results of the study and within the limits of the research sample, the researcher recommends the following: 1- Emphasizing the selection of players who have anthropometric measurements to contribute to the level of performance of the overwhelming hitting skill. 2- Emphasizing the selection of players who have anthropometric measurements to contribute to the level of performance of the blocking skill. 3- Emphasizing the selection of players who have physical measurements to contribute to the level of performance of the crushing hitting skill. 4- Emphasizing the selection of players who have physical measurements to contribute to the level of performance of the blocking skill. 5- Conducting measurements and tests of anthropometric measurements and continuous physical characteristics in volleyball during the implementation of training programs to find out the extent of improving its development. 6- Emphasizing the use of the extracted statistical equations to predict the performance level of the crushing and blocking skills. 7- The need to conduct similar studies at different levels in terms of age and type of other skills in volleyball. moreResearch Interests
