| Abstract: |
A simple analytical method for the solution of two parallel circuits fed from an a.c. thyristor controller is presented . In this method simple analytical expressions for the branch current as well as for the line current are derived . By using these expressions the currents at any point in a cycle can be obtained ; after the determination of the angle at which the line current reaches a zero value. |
