Abstract:

The study aims at lightening on the leadership scale for students in crowded classrooms and its influences on chaos and aggression, the main reason of not to up to date the civilized societies. The sample consists of (400) students in village and town schools divided into four groups, each consists of (100) students, two groups from village schools, and the other two groups from town schools. Their age is between 10-12 years. The researcher prepared the leadership behavior scale consisting of (32) situations. The results revealed that there are statistical differences between the means of the scores on the leadership behavior scale between the students in crowded classes and not crowded ones for the sake of the not crowded classes, and also differences between the scores of the students in town schools and village schools for the sake of students in village schools, and that there is also an effect for the interaction of the crowdedness x the environment of the scores of the students of the four groups in the leadership behavior scale.
