يهدف البحث للتعرف على تأثير برنامج تأهيلي مقترح باستخدام جهاز الاتزان Biodex Balance System على إستعادة كفاءة مفصل الركبة بعد استئصال الغضروف الهلالي، واستخدم الباحث المنهج التجريبي بإستخدام التصميم التجريبي لمجموعة واحدة وبالقياس (القبلي – البيني – البعدي) وذلك لملائمته لطبيعة وأهداف البحث، تم أختيار عينة البحث بالطريقة العمدية من لاعبى كرة القدم الشباب (بالنادى الأهلى المصرى – وانبى) وهم من الذين تم إجراء عملية الاستئصال الجزئي للغضروف الهلالى الداخلي من قبل الطبيب المختص حيث بلغ حجم العينة (6) لاعبين، حيث تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (5) لاعبين للدراسة الأساسية وعدد (1) لاعب للدراسة الأستطلاعية، وكانت أهم النتائج:
1- أن البرنامج المقترح قد أدى إلى تحسن ايجابي للطرف المصاب فى قياس محيط العضلات العاملة على مفصل الركبة عند 5، 10، 15سم لمفصل الركبة المصابة بعد إجراء جراحه الاستئصال الجزئي للغضروف الهلالي الداخلي.
2- أن البرنامج المقترح قد أدي إلي تحسن ايجابي للطرف المصاب في قياس محيط العضلات العاملة علي مفصل الركبة عند اعلي نقطه في عضله السمانة لمفصل الركبة المصابة بعد إجراء جراحه الاستئصال الجزئي للغضروف الهلالي الداخلي.
3- أن البرنامج المقترح قد أدى إلى تحسن أيحابى للطرف المصاب في قوة العضلات " القابضة والباسطة " لمفصل الركبة المصابة بعد إجراء جراحه الاستئصال الجزئي للغضروف الهلالي الداخلي.
4- أن البرنامج المقترح قد أدى إلى تحسن أيحابى في المدى الحركي " المد والثني " للطرف المصاب لمفصل الركبة المصابة بعد إجراء جراحه الاستئصال الجزئي للغضروف الهلالي الداخلي.
The research aims to identify the effect of a proposed rehabilitation program using the Biodex Balance System on restoring the efficiency of the knee joint after the meniscus excision. The researcher used the experimental approach using the experimental design of one group and the measurement (pre - inter - post) in order to suit the nature and objectives of the research. The deliberate study of young football players (in the Egyptian Al-Ahly Club - Wanabi), and they are among those who were partially removed from the internal meniscus by a specialist doctor, where the sample size reached (6) players, as they were divided into (5) players for the basic study And (1) player for the pilot study, and the most important results were:
1- The proposed program has led to a positive improvement for the affected limb in measuring the circumference of the working muscles on the knee joint at 5, 10, 15 cm for the affected knee joint after the partial meniscectomy surgery.
2- That the proposed program has led to a positive improvement for the affected limb in measuring the circumference of the muscles operating on the knee joint at the highest point in the calf muscle of the affected knee joint after the partial meniscus excision surgery.
3- The proposed program has led to a positive improvement in the strength of the "flexing and extensor" muscles of the affected knee joint after the partial meniscus excision surgery.
4- That the proposed program has led to a favorable improvement in the range of motion "extension and bending" of the affected limb of the affected knee joint after the partial meniscectomy surgery.
