Abstract:

The objective of the study is to produce a more durable binder by preparing different mixes from Blastfurnace-slag (GBFS), By-pass cement dust (CKPD), and/or micro-silica (MS). Conductivity, compressive strength (CS), bulk density (BD), total porosity (TP), combined water (Wn), combined slag, total sulfate (TS) and total chloride (TC) contents used to make the necessary measurements. MS impacts have a good role in the location and conductivity maximum. Irregular replacement of GBFS with 20-30 mass% CKPD uncommonly increases CS, BD, combined slag content, whereas decreases the TP. The compressive strength diminishes with CKPD content up to 40–50 mass%. We do recommend that, 20% CKPD is the suitable mix composition, giving a lower value of TP and high values of CS, BD, and Wn contents. In the existence of MS, the resistance of 5% MgSO4 and 5% MgCl2 solutions has modified to decrease the rate of permeation of SO42- and Cl- anion.
