Abstract:

coordination abilities are one of the main pillars of skillful performance, as they form a common and complex denominator with other elements to contribute to reaching the bud with the highest possible level of sports according to his physical abilities. Closely related to both fitness and skill fitness, and small sided -games are a match with simplified laws and conditions and in a small space and a small number of players and they carry many goals such as preparatory goals when they contribute to the preparation and preparation of bud and when used in the warm-up process at the front of the training unit, Educational goals when its goal is to teach a certain skill by the trainer, training goals when it aims to train skills or plans that have already been learned, recreational goals when it aims to limit high loads and high training and is also used in the conclusion and recreation of buds and competitive goals if they are in a competitive framework To determine defeated and defeated, the research aims to identify the effect of small sided-games on the level of some coordination abilities of football buds, and the researchers used the experimental approach to suit the nature of the research using the experimental design of two groups (the first experimental and the second control), The researchers selected the research sample in an intentional way from football buds under (12) years in the Batta Sports Club - Benha - Qalioubiya, and they numbered (40) buds (20 buds as an experimental sample, 20 buds as a control sample), and the most important results of the proposed training program using small sided-games has a positive effect on the development of coordination abilities for experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the averages of the dimensional measurement of the experimental groups and the control groups in the level of coordination abilities in favor of the experimental group.
