Abstract:

Good planning is considered the main pillar for developing the level of achievement in general, and the impact of this has become clear on the progress of the level of football teams physically, skillfully, and planning, and planning has become extremely important and necessary for all training operations in order to achieve high levels and reach the global, and there are many coaches depend on the small sided-games for many Among the reasons, including the small number of players on the field, this leads to an increase in the rate of buds touching the ball and when the rate of buds touching the ball increases, this will lead to an increase in the skill level for it, and when the buds perform the skill well and in harmony, the fun will increase for all of them, in addition to the many moves made by the bud and thus Their physical levels increase, and this is reflected in the level of performance during the match, The research aims to design a proposed training program using small sided-games to improve the level of some physical and skillful abilities for football buds, and the researchers used the experimental method for its suitability of the nature of the research using the experimental design of two groups (the first experimental and the second control), and the research sample reached (40) bud (20 bud as a pilot sample) 20, as a control sample), and one of the most important results was that the proposed training program using the small sided-matches had a positive effect on the development of physical and skillful abilities of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average dimensional measurement of the experimental and control groups in the level of physical and skillful abilities and in favor of the experimental group.
