Abstract:

The effect of unsteady three dimensional flows over a stretching surface is studied. The governing boundary layer equations are transformed to ordinary differential equations. These equations are solved analytically using the optimal modified Homotopy Asymptotic method in order to get a closed form solution for the dimensionless functions f,g and ι. The velocity and concentration profiles are plotted and discussed in details for various values of the different embedded flow parameters.
