Abstract:

The basic notions such as solvability and stability sets will be discussed for the fractional optimal control problem which contains general parameters in the cost function. Kuhn-Tucker optimality necessary conditions are established in the presence fractional calculus. These conditions enable us to determine the stability set of parameters corresponding certain optimal solution of the problem. An illustrative example is given to clarify the development results in the paper.
