Abstract:

Is the sodium and potassium salts of mineral salts , which depends upon the human body to do much of the important vital functions , so the body will always work to maintain the level of concentration of these salts constant as far as possible in the light of physiological changes within the body. Research objectives : The study aims to identify the impact of effort basketball game at the level of concentration of sodium and potassium salts in the blood. Research hypotheses : 1 - lead the effort to physical basketball game to lack the level of sodium in the blood. 2 - lead the effort to physical basketball game to increase potassium in the blood. Search procedures : - Approach : the use of the experimental method to sample one Btarifh pre and post measurement . - Sample: The sample included 11 players from playing first-class basketball team called arsenal - and the East . Results: 1 - The results suggest that the search for a basketball game has led to a decrease in the level of concentration of sodium in the blood, with no change in the level of concentration of potassium. 2 - Ntaújhzh study indicates the importance of compensation mineral salts lost during the performance , especially in the case of increasing the secretion of sweat in a hot climate , which is characterized by the Egyptian environment .
