Abstract:

Modern societies interested in studying the subject of leading the development of leadership styles -ups on their difference , because of the important role played by the leadership styles in progress Paper communities . Find a target : 1 - try to identify the leading method used for trainers sample . 2 - trying to figure out the differences between the methods of coaches . Research questions : What is the method followed by the leading basketball coaches under discussion. Leadership styles are: 1 - Trainspotting method performance . 2 - method Trainspotting relations . 3 - method Trainspotting relations and Alade . The research sample : The research sample included 160 players for basketball from the first class of the two groups a, b ​​for the sports season 86/87 by ten players . Means of data collection : a measure of the leading trainers of William Worden . Transactions Scientific and conducted a reliability coefficient reached 69 , a D at a level of 0.1 , and conducted a validity coefficient calculating the internal consistency of each dimension was the validity coefficient of performance factor 0.87 and 0.76 which denote relations at 0.01 .
