Abstract:

Introduction: Interested in modern societies to study the issue of leadership development leadership styles pop up on different sites, given the important role played by the methods of leadership in the advancement and progress of the society. Search target: 1 - try to identify the leadership style applied to the trained sample. 2 - Try to find out the differences between the methods of the trainers. Research questions: What is the method followed by the leading basketball coaches in question. Leadership styles are: 1 - interested in the method performance. 2 - Method interested in relations. 3 - method and Alode interested in relations. The research sample: The research sample included 160 players for the basketball from the first class of the two groups A, B for the sports season 86/87 by ten players. Means of data collection: A measure of the leading trainers of William Worden. Scientific processing: held a reliability coefficient of 69 and a D at the level of 0.1, and conducted a factor honesty account the internal consistency coefficient for each dimension was the honesty of the performance factor 0.87, 0.76, a significant relationship at 0.01. Results: • From the study it became clear that all coaches difference sample give attention to the style of leadership more interested in the performance of the method is interested in relations. • trainer the first group trained more interest in the manner of command. • There were statistically significant differences in the different styles of leadership-Self for trainers
