The researcher used the experimental method as it is appropriate to the nature of the research by using the experimental design for one experimental group and using (pre-post) measurement on a sample of squash beginners and juniors under 10 years old, numbering (28) at the Barlesi Squash Academy at City Club, Shebin El Kom, Menoufia. The most important results were that the proposed training program using introductory harmonic games had a positive impact on some of the basic skills of the experimental group under study, and the improvement rates between the averages of the two measurements (pre-post) were in favor of the post-measurement in the level of some of the basic skills of the experimental group under study |
