Dr. Magdy Melegy Abdul hakim Melegy Lecturer, Department of Accounting Faculty of Commerce, Benha University Currently Seconded to the University of Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Dr.Saed Bin Nazal Alenezi Associate Professor and Dean of Alkharj Community College Abstract: The study aims at measuring the satisfaction of the Saudi employers, public sector organizations or private sector organization, with the performance of Salman Bin Abdalaziz graduates through studying the cases of Alkharj Community College graduates in the three academic departments: Department of Business Administration(Accounting Program & Office Administration ) , the department of English language and the department of Computer Science( Programming and Networking) in order to increase the employment opportunities available for the College graduates. Achieving such a goal, the researchers applied the descriptive methodology in order to obtain the views of a sample consisting of 80 officials working in the recruitment departments of the public sector organizations and private sector organizations that measure to what extent such organizations are satisfied with the performance of Alkharj Community College graduates. The researcher developed a questionnaire which consists of 81 items divided into three principle axes. The findings of the field study stated that the graduates of Alkharj Community College are provided with the necessary skills that qualify them to join the labor market and increase their employment opportunities. These skills are personal, professional, leadership and organizational. In addition, the study explained that there are a number of obstacles which have negative effects on the quality level of the graduates such as the university does not pay any financial aids to the students enrolled at Community College, the training field has not been enforced yet and the low grade of the students being admitted to the College and the academic programs and the courses are not regularly reviewed in terms of the labor market needs. In addition, the study showed that among the most important mechanisms for improving the quality level of the graduates and enhancing their employment opportunities are the following: the occupational day should be put into action , the academic programs should be subjected to regular assessment and to providing training programs that re-qualify the graduates in the disciplines required by the labor market. The study recommended that the measurement of the employers’ satisfaction with the graduates should be continuous process and the culture of the educational quality should be circulated and the recruitment organizations should have representative at the department councils and to establish data base concerned with the graduates of the college which is linked to the information Network in order to facilitate the recruitment process and to make a kind of coordination between the university and employers in order to update the disciplines required by the labor marke Key Words: Satisfaction of employers, graduates, learning outcomes, job opportunities, Salaman bin Abdalaziz
