Background: Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) is a rare condition that is detected in only 9% of all kidney biopsies. with consistent rates in recent years. This study aimed to investigate the effect of low dose colchicine (LODOCO) (0.5mg once daily) as Add-On therapy on the response and progression of steroid resistant primary FSGS in patients receiving standard care.
