Study Summary:The target of the study is to monitor, measure and analyze media discourse contained in both the traditional media & new media; to see the most important authorities that standing on the causes and solutions on the issue of Egypt's parliamentary elections in 2015, In addition to the disclosure of whether there was a relationship between View the contents of the media, both traditional and new development and the formation of critical skills of Egyptian university students about the issue of the parliamentary elections, and this analytical study on a sample of opinion programs, electronic newspapers, has reached the study sample programs opinion 111 episodes programmatic divided as follows: 46 episode of Egypt's most important program, and 65 episodes of life program today. the sample of the study of electronic newspapers 114 number divided as follows: 66 a number of Al-Ahram newspaper site, and 66 have reached a number of newspaper on the seventh day e. the sample of the field study has reached 400 Quested of Egyptian university students in four intercourse with governmental and private, namely: (Cairo University, Banha, Pharos University, Elshourk Academy, using the survey, both descriptive and analytical methodology and analysis frameworks and theory rely on the media.The study reached a group of general conclusions, including: - The results of the analytical study to the adoption of media discourse programs opinion and electronic newspapers, the study sample to the number of frames that sought through which to highlight some of the aspects of the case in accordance with the privacy of his position, including an anchor on a number of axes that the study sample of opinion programs, newspapers, electronic focused on highlighting aspects issue under analysis (parliamentary elections) and framed from the perspective of the conflict where he earned this context the proportion (61.6%) of the total of the percentage frameworks produced and the special issue of the parliamentary elections - The results of the field study showed that the largest percentage of young people that the study uses as a sample have a tendency moderate toward democracy at a rate (198 repeatedly) by (49.5%). - The hypothesis investigated by the study indicates a correlation that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the intensity of exposure to traditional media (satellite + opinion programs) and the formation of critical skills among Egyptian youth about Egyptian democracy issues, where the value of Pearson (0.113) It is statistically significant at a moral level (0.05), on the other hand. It also found extrusive correlation positive between exposure intensity of the new media (Internet relationship + electronic newspapers) and the formation of critical skills among Egyptian youth about Egyptian democracy issues, where the value of Pearson (0.321 ) which is statistically significant at a moral level (0.01), thus totally accept the hypothesis that the greater the exposure of young people to the media, both traditional and new density increased by monetary skills development towards democracy issue .
