تشمل الظروف المحيطة بالأساسات نوع تربة التأسيس وخواصها وسلوكها كما تشمل أيضاً المياه الجوفية وحركتها في كل من تربة التأسيس وتربة الردم حول الأساسات ونسبة تواجد الأملاح بها خاصة الكبريتات والكلوريدات . ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعريف بكيفية تأثير هذه الظروف المحيطة بالأساسات على سلامة الأساسات نفسها وبالتالي على سلامة المنشأ والمشاكل الناتجة من هذا التأثير. ومن خلال دراسة حالة واقعية يستعرض البحث بالتفصيل دراسات وإختبارات التربة والمياه المحيطين بالأساسات والتعرف على صفاتهما الجيوتيكنيكية وكذلك الدراسة التحليلية لخرسانة الأساسات وحديد التسليح بالإختبارات الغير متلفة وتحديد كمية الأسمنت ونسبة الكلوريدات والكبريتات بالخرسانة . وتعرضت الدراسة بعد ذلك لأسباب وأوجه التصدع والتلف التي أصابت العناصر الإنشائية للأساسات ثم قدمت طرق العلاج. ويخلص البحث إلى وضع توصيات هامة لابد وأن تؤخذ في الإعتبار لحماية الأساسات من التأثيرات الضارة المحيطة بها حفاظاً على سلامة المنشآت . The circumstances surrounding the foundations include the type of foundation and soil properties and behavior, also include groundwater and movement in each of the soil foundation and backfill soil around the foundations and the percentage of presence of salts by private sulfates and chlorides. This research aims to study the impact of these the circumstances surrounding the foundations on the safety of the foundations themselves, structures and the problems resulting from this effect. Through a case study, the research presents in details the studies, tests of soil and water around and gets to know geotechnical properties as well as the analytical study of the concrete foundation and reinforcements by non-destructive testing, determination the amount of cement and the proportion of chlorides and sulfates in concrete. And then came the study of the causes and aspects of cracking and damage inflicted on structural elements of the foundations and then provided treatment methods. The study concludes the development of important recommendations must be taken into consideration for the protection of the foundations of the harmful effects of the surrounding in order to preserve the safety of the constructions. |
