The Minister of Higher Education and the German Ambassador open the Arab European Conference of Higher Education

Prof. Dr. Ashraf El Shihy, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; Mr. Julius Georg Luy, the German Ambassador in Cairo; and Major General/ Ahmed Abdullah, the Governor of Red Sea Governorate open today the events of the Arab European Conference of Higher Education in Hurghada. It is worth mentioning that the Minister will deliver the opening speech with participation of some presidents of Egyptian universities.
