Abstract:

Single tooth replacement by dental implant could be carried out immediately after tooth extraction or later, after socket healing. Immediate replacement of teeth by implants was proposed more than 20 years ago. This method of treatment reduces the period between tooth extraction and prosthesis application. It was shown that for implant placement, it is not necessary to wait for complete healing of the extraction socket.(8) Inspite of the various reports published to assess and compare between the different surgical techniques used for implant insertion . little works were done to evaluate its effect on osteointegration of the immediate placement of the dental implants that has been inserted into fresh extraction after atraumatic extraction for posterior teeth in one stage or two stages surgery both clinically and radiographically
