Abstract:

There is decreased level within wrestlers as a result of match time amendment; especially at match end; i.e. wrestlers do not complete the match with same start efficiency; due to the burden on the players, therefore researchers developed strength endurance ability. Based on that wrestler is required to retain his technical level and continuously perform attack, defense, and counter attack throughout the match aiming to win, hence the importance of endurance in general and strength endurance in particular is very important for wrestler. Research objective: Develop a proposal framework for some weight exercises to develop strength endurance, and identify the effect on skill performance of (back cast face to face and reverse body lift) within wrestlers. Research queries 1- What are the proposed weight exercises that control technical performance of (back cast face to face and reverse body lift) within wrestlers? 2- Do weight exercises affect skills performance of back cast face to face and reverse body lift) within wrestlers? 3- Do weight exercises affect strength endurance tests within wrestlers? I - Research methodology Experimental approach with two groups design (experimental – control) was used as it suits the research. II- Research sample Research sample has been selected intentionally and consisted from Roman wrestling players aged (18-20 years) enrolled in the Egyptian Wrestling Federation records (2014). Data collection tools - Tools and equipment used in the research - Strength endurance tests: - Skill sample (back cast face to face and reverse body lift) Conclusions: There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) level between post measurements for experimental and control group in favor of experimental group Recommendation: More attention to be given to strength endurance in developing skill performance.
