تهدف الدراسة الحالية الى تحقيق وتأكيد الشمولية والاجتماعية للأشخاص الموهوبين ذوي الإعاقة من خلال الدمج الاجتماعي المتكامل، وتناول تحدياته ومتطلباته، ومقترحات التمكين والحلول المتاحة لمستقبل أفضل وحياة طبيعية. وتعتمد الدراسة الحالية تعريفات ومفاهيم الإعاقة كما وردت بالاتفاقية الدولية لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، ونظام رعاية المعوقين بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وتسعي الدراسة الحالية الي تقديم إجابة منهجية للأسئلة التالية: ما هو واقع الدمج الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؟ - ما هي متطلبات الدمج الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؟ - ما هي تحديات الدمج الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؟ - ما هي الحلول المتاحة لتفعيل الدمج الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة؟
وتتمثل منهجية الدراسة الحالية في المنهج الوصفي التحليلي المستند الى الأدلة والشواهد والبراهين المبنية على نتائج الدراسات والأبحاث العلمية. والي الشواهد الميدانية والأمثلة والتجارب العملية. ورصد حالات ومقترحات الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بشأن الصعوبات والتيسيرات المجتمعية الى تستهدف دمجهم الاجتماعي، وصولا الى استشراف مستقبل التوافق الاجتماعي للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
The current study aims at achieving and confirming the social and social inclusion of talented people with disabilities through integrated social inclusion, addressing its challenges and requirements, enabling proposals and solutions for a better future and a normal life. The current study is based on the definitions and concepts of disability as contained in the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the system of care for the disabled in Saudi Arabia. The current study seeks to provide a systematic answer to the following questions: What is the reality of social integration of persons with disabilities? - What are the requirements for social integration of persons with disabilities? - What are the challenges of social inclusion for persons with disabilities? - What solutions are available to activate the social inclusion of persons with disabilities?
The methodology of the present study is descriptive analytical methodology based on evidence, evidence and evidence based on the results of studies and scientific research. And field evidence, examples and practical experiences. And to explore the future of social compatibility for persons with disabilities. |
