Abstract:

Introduction:many surgical proceduers have been for treatment of stress urinary icontinance but none of them has proved compeletley successful. the aim of this study is to compare the efficacy and saftey of tension of free vaginal tape(TVT) with bruch colosuspension in the treatment of equal groups. SUI was confirmed using urodynamics sTudy in all paTiens to be devided in to group1 and group 2.patients with high grade cystocele previous surgical failure for SUI uninhipeted detrusor contraction during bladder filling on urodynamic study and incompitant internal sphinecter were excluded from the study.
