Faculty and Leadership Development Center

Goals of the Center
The Center aims to develop the abilities of faculty members and leadership to improve the institutional and professional abilities of higher education institutions through developing and modernizing academic and leadership skills of human resources in these institutions. The Center seeks through its various activities to achieve the following goals:

• Improving and modernizing the developmental abilities of faculty members in higher education institutions enabling them to improve the quality of higher education outcomes.
• Improving self-experiences of faculty members which support continuous improvement in order to achieve the sustainable performance of the project after 2008.
• Improving and modernizing the administrative skills and abilities of academic leaders and administrative staff so that they can achieve the target successfully.
• Improving and modernizing the administrative skills and abilities of academic leaders and administrative staff so that they can achieve the target successfully.
• Supporting the training centers of universities and higher education institutes.
• Disseminating the culture of training and self-development.
