Benha University witnesses the inauguration of proceeding of the fifth forum of quality assurance managers of the Universities in Benha University and it is organized by the national authority of quality assurance and accreditation. There are 41 universities that participate in this event. Prof.Dr. Youhansen Eid, the head of the authority stresses that this event should be held regularly to exchange experience, providing support to the quality assurance units in the universities and discuss many topics related to the impact of accreditation on the education quality.

The deans council of Benha University in its last meeting under the presidency of prof.Dr. EL-Sayed El-Kady, the university president discusses the preparations of the University to hold the students' elections. The council approves that there will be a committee to be formed to take over the supervision this election under the presidency of the faculty' deputy of student affairs, the head of youth care department and the head of the legal affairs. The council also approves that the candidature will be open on Wednesday, 29-11-2017 for three days. The final candidates will be announced on Wednesday, 6-12-2017.

The population preparation committee holds its fifth meeting under the auspices of the University president. EL-kady also says that there will be Three times for conducting the exams to accommodate all the students.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president asserts that it has been agreed upon, at the deans' council in the presence of prof.Dr. Hesham Abu EL-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies, to provide all faculties with their needs before the 1st term exams. EL-Kady says that saving 14 million L.E is a great challenge to the university and he also says that some faculties are assigned by the university president, like the faculty of engineering/ shubra and the faculty of applied arts to provide the faculties with the tables and the chairs needed for the exams.

Fulbright organization announces about many Fulbright scholarships and the program seeks to enhance the abilities of the faculty's members in the Egyptian universities and the Egyptian institutes. The scholarships last for 10 weeks beginning from 8-7-2018 to 12-9-2018 in some American Universities.
