Prof. Gehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President of Benha University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, visited the electronic coordination labs at the Faculties of Commerce and Arts. She was accompanied by Dr. Amgad Hegazy, Dean of the Faculty of Arts; Dr. Magdy Meligy, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce; and Dr. Ali Saad, Supervisor of E‑Coordination at the University.
During the tour, prof. Abdel Hadi emphasized that the University administration is closely monitoring coordination activities on a daily basis, in line with the directives of the University President, to ensure smooth operations and the delivery of services to students in accordance with established regulations. She highlighted the provision of all necessary resources to facilitate the process of registering students' preferences.
Dr. Ali Saad noted that the University's electronic coordination labs continue to welcome students and their families, offering services for third‑phase applicants, which began on Friday, August 28. He explained that these services include processing results of transfer requests for the first and second phases, registering preferences for third‑phase students, assisting those who missed their phase or exhausted their options, and handling applications from students with Arab and foreign equivalent certificates. In addition, the labs provide printing services for nomination cards required for submission to various faculties. He added that coordination offices operate daily from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., including Fridays and official holidays.
