Prof. Jehan Abdel Hadi, Vice President of Benha University for Postgraduate Studies and Research, conducted a field tour to oversee the medical examinations for newly admitted students of the 2026/2027 academic year at the Faculties of Commerce and Arts, coinciding with the official launch of the examinations.
She was accompanied by Dr. Amgad Hegazy, Dean of the Faculty of Arts; Dr. Magdy Meligy, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce; Dr. Sherif El-Mahdy, Director General of Medical Affairs at the University; and Mr. Alaa Magdy, General Coordinator of the medical examination process.
During the tour, Dr. Abdel Hadi reviewed the procedures carried out for new students nominated for admission to the university's faculties, stressing the importance of providing full care and support throughout the medical examination. She affirmed the administration's commitment to continuous monitoring to ensure the presence of physicians and nursing staff, and to address any obstacles students may encounter.
Dr. Sherif El-Mahdy explained that 15 medical clinics across the university have been prepared to receive new students and conduct the necessary medical examinations. These clinics have been fully equipped and staffed with specialized medical teams to carry out the required tests, analyses, and health screenings.
