Benha University Organizes Medical Convoy at Gad Behairy School in Tukh

Benha University organized a specialized medical convoy at Gad Behairy School in Umayyai village, Tukh , as part of the “For the Hearts of Our Children” initiative. The convoy reflects the university's commitment to serving the local community and providing accessible healthcare.
The event was held under the auspices of prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University; prof. Taha Ashour, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development; prof. Mohamed Gamal El-Din El-Ashab, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; and prof. Nermeen Adly, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development. It was coordinated with Ms. Rania Moataz, Assistant Secretary-General for Community Service and Environmental Development, in cooperation with Mr. Yasser Mahmoud, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Qalyubia, and Mr. Khaled Atta, Director of the Tukh Educational Administration.
Prof. El-Gizawy emphasized the university's keenness to continue launching medical convoys to serve local communities, offering specialized services across all medical fields to ensure quality healthcare for residents of Qalyubia villages.
Prof. Taha Ashour noted that the convoy focused on providing medical examinations for schoolchildren across various specialties, delivering the necessary healthcare, and dispensing free medication to eligible cases.Dr. Nermeen Adly added that the convoy examined a total of 443 cases.
