President of Benha University: We are committed to supporting the State's Efforts in Water Conservation and Achieving Sustainable Development Goals

Prof. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, affirmed the university's commitment to supporting the state's efforts in water conservation and achieving sustainable development goals. He emphasized that preserving water is a collective responsibility and that educational institutions are key partners in building a more sustainable future.
In a statement issued by the university's media office on the occasion of World Water Day, which is celebrated on March 22nd each year, Prof. El-Gizawy noted that Benha University has organized environmental forums and implemented research projects aimed at managing water resources wisely, alongside awareness campaigns within the university and local community about the importance of water conservation. The university president pointed out that these efforts are part of achieving the sixth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals, as the university seeks to integrate this goal into its policies and academic and research programs.
