Benha University Organizes the Second Trip of its Journeys to Sinai

Benha University, in cooperation with the Popular and Military Defense Forces, organized the second trip of its journeys to Sinai. The visit included the Tebah El-Shajara site, within the framework of enhancing national belonging among its students, and in the presence of Colonel Hafez Ibrahim, Director of the Military Education Department at the University.
Prof.Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy, President of Benha University, confirmed that organizing these visits comes in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to organize student trips to Sinai. The aim is to increase awareness and introduce students to the tourist areas, historical landmarks, and industrial and economic zones in Sinai, due to their principal role in the social, cultural, and cognitive building of society and in achieving sustainable development.
El-Gizawy added that Benha University, in light of its national responsibility, seeks to prepare a generation of youth capable of bearing responsibility by introducing them to the history of their ancestors who sacrificed their lives to liberate the land, in addition to making them aware of the scale of achievements accomplished by the Egyptian state in recent years, which are a source of pride and honor.
