Arbitration Forms and New Systems Contracts of E-learning Center

Dr. Ramy Iskandar, the Supervisor of the National E-learning Center “NELC”, the Supreme Council of Universities has sent the arbitration forms and new systems contracts of NELC to Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ghanem, the Manager of E-leaning Center, Benha University. Such forms contain an arbitration form of scientific content for a course that will be converted to electronic form and a contract of producing, publishing and distributing e-course.
